FMCG specialising in Snacks and Crisps supplying all the major retailers. Turnover £150m, 1,000 employees and 3 sites in UK. Owned by Middle Eastern investors. Performance since acquisition had deteriorated rapidly with volume decline of 25% and operating losses of £15m. Procurement savings of £4m achieved. Business restructured and sold, through Administration achieving an EBITDA of £5m.
