Initiated and completed a management buy-out of this business from its FTSE350 owner Columbus Group (now Highbury House) and achieved award winning revenue growth as COLT Telecom's largest indirect sales channel.
PNC Telecom Plc
Listed fixed line and mobile telephony business, with 50 stores; turnover £65m and employing 400. Multi-banked. Integrated businesses and reduced workforce by 40%, returned group to profitability, resolved litigation and negotiated disposals. Eliminated bank debt.
