Guus is a General Manager, with extensive international experience in Hospitality, Leisure and Logistics.  He has also held senior posts in Automotive, Telecoms, Retail and Public Sector Adult Social Care sectors.  Educated in Holland and trained by Hilton International, he has proven to be an effective leader and team builder in fast moving and performance orientated customer facing, multi site environments.

As an SME entrepreneur himself, he has successfully acquired and disposed of businesses from a FTSE350 listed owner and raised City finance. His strong operational background has resulted in his appointment by financial stakeholders, liquidators, entrepreneurs and PLC Boards of Directors to senior posts in large corporates and in the Public Sector.
