Ian Gray is a highly successful Independent Turnaround Professional with extensive multi jurisdictional and multi bank experience, having operated in public sector and private sector: both quoted and unquoted. His industry experience includes: Apparel, Biotech, Construction, Distribution, Electronics, Engineering, FMCG, Football, Healthcare, Leisure, Manufacturing, Media, Retail, Telecoms and Travel.

With a career in turnaround which has spanned twenty one years he has a wealth of experience to bring to any turnaround assignment.

He is a strong and effective leader with a track record in business stabilisation and strategy development and can provide effective financial & commercial evaluation of businesses. He delivers swift and efficient restructuring to restore value; profit and working capital improvement; litigation resolution; and stakeholder management.

He is currently a Deputy Chairman of the Institute for Turnaround and Chair of both the International and Fellowship Committees. Ian is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of R3 and a Fellow and Practising Certificate holder of the Institute for Turnaround.
